| How big are the ebook files?
They average from 300KB to 600KB

| Can I print the ebook I buy?
Yes!

| Why do you need my phone number
when I order? It is integrated into the online store we use and
cannot be removed. However, we never use or sell customers phone
numbers, so don't worry.

| Do I have to have DSL or Broadband
to order an ebook? No you do not. You can use dial up
connections. However, ebook files are bigger files and will take longer
to download when you use dial up. But still should be less than five
minutes depending on your connection time.

| How will my ebook look once I print
it out? It will print on one side of regular-sized
typing/printer paper. It will be formatted with page numbers and
chapters.

| How long will my ebook download
take? It will take longer to download if you have a dial up
internet connection, but still for each ebook and we send them in
separate emails, it should not take any longer than 5 minutes with the
slowest internet connection.

| How many sheets of paper would I
need? Less than 100. Most our ebooks average between 75 and 90
pages on regular 8 by 11 typing/printer paper

| Is there any postage charged on
downloaded ebooks? No. If for any reason our online store messes up
and tries to charge you postage or you see it added in at the end we
will cancel that out before credit card process on our end and no
postage will be charged to your credit card order.

| What is Adobe Acrobat reader? Where
do I get it? Is is a free program you can download onto your
computer that can read PDF files. PDF is the format that we sell our
ebooks in. You can get the latest version of Adobe free here:

credit cards are accepted?
VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and Paypal.

How do I buy digital content on
Lulu.com?
My Downloads lists all downloadable products
you purchased on Lulu in with the most recent
listed first.
To display your downloads, click the My Account tab, then click View Downloads at the bottom of the My Order History section.
